I am so sick of people who say you can’t POSSIBLY be a fan of an artist unless you spend all your money on their music

Yeah, I get that they get money from record sales, and they get plenty of it. But I’d like to know how big of a difference there is between downloading music and borrowing the CD from a friend and putting it on your iPod, or listening to it online….. you CAN be a fan without spending all your money ordering the album and waiting two weeks for it to get there. F**k!!
